Same $799 with or without insurance. We do not bill insurers; you leave with a completed claim form, chart note and receipt to file for reimbursement. If your tooth needs separate care first, such as a root canal or an extraction, the dentist discusses it with you before any treatment.
The material

Zirconia is zirconium dioxide, a strong, tooth-colored ceramic. Your crown is milled from one solid block in our Meridian office. Its strength allows a conservative preparation for many teeth, and the shade and shape are selected to blend with the teeth beside it.

Is a tooth cap the same as a crown?
Yes. “Cap” is another name for a dental crown, a restoration that fits over a prepared tooth. Your dentist determines whether a crown is appropriate.
How do I know whether I need a crown?
A dentist needs to assess your tooth. If you have a broken or damaged tooth, or another dentist has recommended a crown, call Only Crowns Meridian to discuss an appointment. The team will explain your next step.
Why is it only $799?
Because crowns are the only procedure we do, and we do the whole thing in-house. There is no outside lab, no temporary crown and no second appointment, so there is no lab bill or extra visit to pay for. The $799 covers the zirconia crown, X-rays, any necessary build-up, same-day fitting and the lifetime warranty.
Is $799 really the complete crown price?
Yes. The $799 crown price includes your custom zirconia crown, X-rays, necessary tooth buildup, same-day fitting and lifetime crown warranty. There are no hidden fees for the crown procedure. If you need a root canal or another separate treatment, that is not included and will be discussed before care.
Can I really get my permanent crown in one visit?
Only Crowns designs, makes and fits permanent zirconia crowns in-office, often in about 90 minutes. Your dentist will confirm whether same-day treatment is appropriate for your tooth. More complex needs can change the timing.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The warranty covers replacement or rebonding if your crown breaks or comes off, subject to the written warranty terms. Keep and present your warranty certificate. Decay and conditions outside our control are excluded. Your office can explain eligibility and provide the complete written warranty.
Do you take dental insurance?
Only Crowns uses straightforward direct-pay pricing and does not bill insurance providers. Contact our Meridian team about payment options and any documentation you may need to request reimbursement from your insurer. Reimbursement depends on your plan.
